Recycled gold — recovered from electronics, jewellery and industrial scrap — is physically identical to newly mined metal. It carries a lower environmental footprint and feeds a mature, well-documented supply chain.
We prioritise recycled alloys where the final use permits it. For investment-grade bars, clients receive documentation of refinery origin regardless of whether the metal is recycled or newly mined.
Lab-grown in context
Lab-grown diamonds reduce direct mining pressure. Their environmental footprint depends heavily on the energy source used in production — not all lab-grown stones are created equal from a sustainability standpoint.
